    A confidential conversation about where the business is, where you want it to go, and whether we're the right partner to get you there.

    Diagnostic & Scope

    Weeks 1–2

    We review financials, contracts, org structure, and operating data. You receive a written diagnostic and a scoped engagement proposal — fixed, transparent, and tied to specific outcomes.

    Engagement Kickoff

    Week 3

    Operating cadence is set. Workstreams have owners. Dashboards are live. The first two priorities are already in motion before the kickoff is over.

  • Both. Roughly half of our engagements begin with founders building from zero; the other half are established operators looking to stabilize margin, prepare for sale, or professionalize an organization that has outgrown its original systems. The phase is what determines the work — not the age of the company.

  • Two things. First: we don't sell pre-packaged programs. Every scope is written after a diagnostic. Second: we deliberately keep our active client list small so that each engagement gets the attention — and the partner — it deserves. You will not be handed off to a junior associate.

  • Most engagements are fixed-fee against a defined scope and timeline. Where the work is open-ended — fractional executive, board, or M&A support — we use a monthly retainer. Pricing is transparent and shared in writing before any commitment.

  • Diagnostic-only engagements run 2–4 weeks. Structure and Stabilize engagements are typically 90 days. Scale and Grow engagements run 6–12 months. Many clients move from one phase to the next over multiple years.

  • Yes. We are headquartered in Atlanta and serve clients nationwide. Most work is hybrid — virtual operating cadence with on-site visits at key inflection points (kickoff, quarterly reviews, transaction milestones).
